La voix de Fairouz a une saveur, une couleur et même une odeur. Sa saveur ressemble à celle de la salade tabboulé, le babaghanouje, l'arak et la douce brise du mois d'août sur le mont Liban. Sa couleur est la couleur des pétales des anémones couronnées, la rose, le jasmin de Damas, celle de la mer méditerranée qui ne cesse pas rincer ses rivages jours et nuits. L'odeur de sa voix est l'odeur de l'inula, du thin d'Alep, des figues, des pommes du Golan, les pâtisseries de Naplouse et les dates de Bagdad. La mémoire de cette voix est enracinée dans l'histoire d'ille, Ishtare, Our, Ourouk, Gilgamesh, Hadad, Palmyre et Petra. Une mémoire aussi profonde que le temps et l'espace. Sa voix est dotée d'un pouvoir divin d'amour et de bonté. Il fait plaisir à la société Gilgameh de vous inviter à la conférence Fairouz et la prière dans ses chansons qui va être donnée par M. The magic vinous voice of Fairuz has it's own flavour, aroma, and most of all it's character. It combines the flavour of Tabula and Baba Ghanooj mixed with taste of bite of Arak and the romantic breeze joy on a hot July night in one of Jabal Lebanon restaurant. It's colour .... is the colour of eternal Mediterranean blue waves washing relentlessly the country shores every day. Fairuz voice aroma had the odor of flying birds, the famous Aleppo Za'atar and the honey yellow colour of figs, the Golan heights apples, and the levant grapes, the Nablus Kinafa and the heat of Baghdad July nights. It's memory ... extends beyond history, to all Eile, Ishtar, Ur, Urok, and Gilgamesh, Palmyra, and Petra. A memory ....that has been extended to cuddle the time and diminished limits of the place. Her voice is a prayer that reminds us of the power of the sole Creator and his comprehensiveness , the generous, the mighty and merciful. About the lecturer Mr Sami Hilal has. Bs.c mechanical engineer from Aleppo university, faculty member of the engineering institute of the Syrian railway for twenty years. He worked in the optical field in Syria and continued working in the same field ever since he arrived in Canada in 2001 He loves music in general and Oriental music in particular, and participates with the family of the Syrian radio program "Layali Ya Mal Sham" in preparing and broadcasting the arts segment "Treasures of the Orient".
